I bought these luggage racks for a 2010 Toyota Rav 4. Received them fairly quickly, Revain is great for fast shipping. I bought these instead of Thule racks because they were so much cheaper. The only problem is that the handles that came with the uprights to attach the uprights to your car's cross members are too close to the Rav 4's roof. I ended up buying shorter bolts and wing nuts to keep them from denting or scratching. Car roof. I am happy with the current setup and the racks are very strong and make loading our kayaks easy. These racks actually hold the kayak up so you don't have to hold it while it's tied down. I don't want to install and remove these racks very often, it takes a while to install them all (I use 4 of them). I plan on keeping them all summer and taking them off for the winter.
