Review on Dentalore by Charles You

It's very user-friendly, has all the functionality you need (patient billing/reimbursement, scheduling appointments, etc) but is still simple enough for anyone in our office to learn how to utilize it effectively without needing any training from us. The customer service we receive when ever we have questions or issues with their product is outstanding! There isn't much I like about the program; however, if there was something that I didn't like as much as what they offer I'd love to see them add that feature. We are currently only using the patient information portion but will be adding more features soon.
