Dentalore Review

It's very user-friendly, has all the functionality you need (patient billing/reimbursement, scheduling appointments, etc) but is still simple enough for anyone in our office to learn how to utilize it effectively without needing any training from us. The customer service we receive when ever we have questions or issues with their product is outstanding! There isn't much I like about the program; however, if there was something that I didn't like as much as what they offer I'd love to see them…

I like that it is so simple for me as my dentist or hygienist can easily access all information they need in just one place! It would be nice if there was an option where you could create sub-groups within each patient profile page because sometimes we have patients who are difficult but still deserve our care even though their insurance does not cover everything needed (ie., Xray). Also having multiple profiles open at once makes finding what needs doing next easier than with other programs…
