Review on Kwikset 98150 001 Exterior Right Handed Left Handed by Walter Hodzic

Kwikset 98150-001 was surprisingly easy to install. The door handle of our 3-year-old Copper Creek suddenly broke. The little metal tab came loose and that was it. We ordered this Kwikset as a replacement. When it arrived I was pleased to see that it was designed to allow the bottom screw to be adjusted by maybe half an inch. This eliminates concerns about inaccurate holes in previous models. Also remember that it comes with two handles (right and left). The handle slides over the latch assembly and is secured with a set screw already included in the assembly. You insert the included hex wrench and pry the screw out of the assembly. You don't twist it, you twist it. That confused me at first. Installation took about fifteen minutes.
