I've only used this product 2 times in combination with conditioner, somehow it made my hair both heavy and oily at the roots and everything else was like matted straw. At first I thought maybe I wasn't using enough conditioner so the second try only made my hair worse and it started falling out more than usual. After about a week, despite multiple treatments with coconut oil, my hair is still frizzy and drier than before using this product! I tried switching to a more natural product but luckily I had leftovers from my last conditioner. again as it is normally! I do not recommend trying this, FYI, my hair is not colored, I do not use thermal products, it is not greasy or dry and it is not normal. I'm not sure if this information will help in deciding to use this, but just in case
