My guinea pigs won't eat them!

I bought these pellets for my guinea pigs because they were highly recommended but they won't eat them. I've changed them little by little like you do when you change dog food, but I've noticed that they pick up the old pellets and keep those. I experimented by putting a bowl of old pellets in their cage, they ate the old pellets but none of them touched the pellets. Spring. I'm grateful that other people have found that their guinea pigs love these pellets, unfortunately not mine.
