I am writing to clear up some long standing misconceptions about this product. First, after a few weeks of use, I noticed some "rusty spots" on the inner floor surface. However, I found that these spots weren't actually rusty and were from the water, not the kettle's steel, as I could remove them with my fingers. Secondly, I noticed an advertisement that said the kettle was "inside" aluminum which made me very concerned as I don't want to suffer from dementia in the future. steel layers. And I want to clarify that the inner surface of the kettle that comes into contact with water is made of steel. Third, I've seen some horrible photos showing the kettle after a few months of use. I think it depends on how you use it. One of the main downsides of the instructions for this kettle is that it doesn't state the temperature limit for use. I own an electric oven/hob myself and normally use a 'medium' or 'medium high' temperature for this kettle and have never used a 'high' temperature. I believe that "high" temperatures are bad for any cookware. It is very difficult to find a viable kettle in the United States today. Today it is almost impossible to find a kettle without plastic, and the only pure steel kettle is not of very good quality (I will not name the brand of the product), since one of the internal parts of this kettle was iron and soon rusted. On the other hand, if you are looking to buy a non-electric all-steel kettle, you will be unable to find a 100% American-made steel kettle. But the steel quality of this product seems to be good even though it is not made in USA. Most importantly this seems to be the only option for me as I want a healthy all steel kettle. I'll give it 4 stars and if it's made in the USA I'll give it 5 stars.
