I always want to use my sockets with a cordless drill and I have a good construction drill that can actually do something, although I can't do more. The first three bits work perfectly as intended, the fourth which allows you to launch the bits sideways works as it should but it can't hold the bits in place so they just fall out! Even if you just insert a small screwdriver and turn it down a little, it will work. There is no magnet holder, or with those long stem mounts I would have thought there was a locking ring in there, but no, it's just a straight stem and nothing else to my great disappointment. This means you have to hold onto it as you work down. In some cases the answer is to put the head and socket on the bolt/nut and then take a drill, but you still have to keep your hand on it to make sure it doesn't get lost or something. I would feel much better with one that locks the bits in place, a simple assembly and release is all it takes to make this a five star tool. But at the moment I can only give three stars.
