I was excited as soon as I unpacked it.
I was impressed when I saw the box opened. Everything is well protected and the hardware is packed and organized in its own hardware box. Various spacers are included in the scope of delivery. So if your flat screen TV has any protrusions on the back, it will still work. Between the instructions and the installation video, no questions remained unanswered. It took me about an hour to get my tools together and open the box. Holds the TV very securely and moves smoothly through its full range of motion.
