I have made 2 batches of extract so far and I think everything is easier. My temperatures are of course more constant. I've used my stove before and it hurt. After reading the instructions I went and bought some milk crate shaped file holders. You know those plastic things that keep the device off the ground in case I have to reach down to press the reset button, which I had to do on the second batch. It was my fault, I burned some of the extract on the bottom so the device popped out dry. stir a little and grab the handles of the milk box and tada is back in action. The only negative point so far has been the location of the reset button. I'm going to try grain brewing next, just wanted to add a few extracts first to get familiar with the device.
