After reading reviews of so many different anchors I chose this one as I felt it was the safest/most reliable and had a gasket to keep water out. I don't know why so many people are struggling - like they're writing about the wrong topic. They are very strong, the cord length is perfect (see photo) and each comes with a foam gasket that sticks to the back of the anchor. He ticked all the boxes. Installation was easy, took 10 minutes for all 9 - I used a standard 13mm wrench (none of my sockets were short enough to fit), but a ratchet wrench would have made everything easier/quicker. I will update again if it ever breaks or pops - I can't imagine them popping, they are very safe
