Bad product, bad customer service.
Advertised as an American product, but another cheap Chinese imitation with poor design. The square tube on the height adjustment is not true to size and is very loose. Also, the rubber feet (which must be installed by the customer) are round and must be FORCED onto the square tube, not the round tube. My other coaster was half the price, heavier and much better made (in America). too much of).
