Not plump, but great moisturizer!
I don't feel like it plumps my lips. BUT. It moisturizes my lips like crazy! My lips feel so smooth and hydrated after use and I haven't had any stickiness or stickiness issues. Didn't do what it was supposed to do but so many other things I would buy again. Just not a great shine for volume but worth it for the moisturizing factors!
