Difficult to open. First impression not good, a bit disappointing

They fit me perfectly. The reason for this is that they are reliable, easy to use, good value for money and do their job, but I've heard from a lot of people that they're pretty hard to open. You have to really pull on them to make them move. For this reason I am looking for other containers.
