Review on ShakeYourTail by Jay Jeong

Love that I can connect with my customers in real time via text/video chat! It's so easy for me as an owner of this salon because it is all done through their website which makes scheduling much easier than having multiple people come into our shop every week (which we do). The customer support team has been great at helping us troubleshoot issues when they arise but also very quick once resolved -- not like other companies where you've had some delays getting them back up after being down since last month!! Really love how fast everything goes here compared to others i have used before..
