package was delivered with damage to the outside of the box. driver had noted this and marked on the box with phone number to call if product was damage, However I opened box and there was NO damage to the product.so i went ahead and assembled the chair. which is operating just fine. I would buy this chair again. I live in a 400 sq.ft Park model home and this RV recliner isperfect. HOWEVER, I DO FEEL THAT THE SHIPPER COULD HAVE USED MORE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING ON THE SIDES OF BOX. STIFF STRAFOAM SHEETS OR BATS. TO PROTECT CHAIR.
