When I reviewed this toaster online, it found that the slots were a bit longer than other toasters. I should have known better. All manufacturers do the same. The question is, why didn't toaster case manufacturers take this into account? I think we'll continue to use our oversized sleeves in our toaster. This toaster is as advertised. The only reason I rated it a three is because it looks like it would fit in the sleeves in the promotional photo. It's not like this.
