Review on 📺 LG 75SM9070PUA: Experience Alexa Built-in Nano 9 Series 75-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED NanoCell TV (2019) by Tyler Owens

When I first turned on the TV, a small area at the bottom of the screen appeared darker. I called LG and they sent a mechanic to look at it. The mechanic never showed up or called, same as LG. I called the repair service back and they said they refused the repair because I was outside of their service area. Then I called LG back and they said they would look into it and get back to me. I never got a call back from LG but I got a call from another repair company the next day and they were able to fix the screen. The diffuser blades detached from one of the protrusions and lifted up a bit. The mechanic evenly put the diffuser plates on and the problem was fixed. A few things I've learned. The LG service is not very good at communicating, there are no replacement screens for these TVs yet, there are no replaceable diffusers either. The screen is excellent. It has a beautiful picture and local dimming, HDR and contrast are all excellent. 5 stars for the TV but 3 stars for the LG support.
