Counterfeit product

I think I received a counterfeit or diluted product. I ordered three bottles of green hoping to paint a strip of white leather on the chair. It was EXTREMELY streaky at first and I used 2 bottles and 6 coats and it didn't turn opaque. The third bottle had a completely different cap with a brush in it and after just one coat of it (only 7th) it was matte and perfect.
