perfect for my 2011 ES 350. with U660E gearbox. It's more than just a screen/filter. There is a real filter element in there. I had 82,000 miles when I changed it. I'm glad I did. The liquid was black. Zero Cherry Blossom. The torque spec for the bolts holding this is 85 in-lbs. The torque specification for the flat head screws is 65 in-lbs. The filter comes with a new gasket as the factory gasket was fragile.
