I like that it has all of my food groups in one place, as well as calories! It also gives me options to track certain foods or not at different times throughout the day so if i eat something unhealthy once then its easy for me to just skip those days without feeling guilty about doing what is best for myself overall health wise. There are some features such as tracking points/calories etc which can be confusing but this isn't too hard once you get used to using them (or have someone who knows how explain things). For anyone looking into trying out makeme diet there's no reason why they shouldn’t give it ago try first before committing fully since sometimes when people start new diets their cravings change over time - however with make-diet your hunger levels will always stay consistent because everything fits together perfectly. Just stick to healthy recipes from home made meals rather than buying readymade ones online, cook yourself instead of relying heavily upon take.
