This ProClick rotary punch binder features a smart and efficient design. I bought it because you never know when you might have to make a brochure. I use my ProClick to make presentation copies of my stories for special occasions or when people can't access my website. Handling is very easy, but you have to be careful to align the paper exactly and prevent it from slipping off. The instructions say to punch holes in the paper before printing if it's crooked, but reprinting a page or two is easier than clearing a paper jam. The elegant reusable spines allow you to remove or insert pages at will, and the little tool that makes it easy is very handy. I was concerned that even the smallest 5/8" spines would look too clunky with just 15 sheets of paper as they can hold up to 45 sheets, but they don't look disproportionate and are easy to work with. They can be cropped .any length so I can make paperback sized books.Maximum number of sheets I punch is three sheets but more muscle will probably handle more.Another use for this binder is to create personalized notebooks, shopping lists, etc I am very happy with this folder gadget.
