Just not satisfied with this vacuum cleaner. not suitable for what I need

I intend to contact Shark directly. I clean the house and make a living and this was the worst sweeper I've bought in years! Just stew it all over. I've given it a week and I'm just not happy with a few things! I'm sorry I don't hold grudges against Revane in any way. Just very disappointed in the shark. I may have made the wrong choice but I will try to contact them directly and get their opinion! I really hate giving one star!
