I rarely wear skater skirts these days but this one fits me perfectly. With any figure skating outfit, you expect it to be tight and form-fitting, and it is. It definitely doesn't protrude from your hips, which is great and gives a clean line. All in all Chloe Noel products are extremely high quality, well made and durable and although I've only worn this skirt a couple of times it's easy to say it lives up to that reputation.
