Installed the radio 2 days and the touch screen fell off. It is attached to the device with adhesive and connected with a ribbon cable. The strap broke when it fell. I'm waiting for customer service. I will update as more information becomes available. ***Update I have worked with customer service, they have been great in their response. They asked if I wanted to replace the screen myself. I said I tried. The screen finally arrived from China and I received a link to the installation video. The ribbon connector tab broke during installation. I asked for a quick replacement as they are still available from Revain.
