Great for SMD connections.
This wire works great low current applications. I used them to replace the SMD LEDs on a project with larger 3mm versions. I also used it to to connect cut RGBW LED strips. To remove the enamel on the ends, I dip one end if some solder flux and put a tinned soldering iron to it for a few seconds and you will see it turn silver. It's then ready to solder to your device of choice.
- Needed it to wind toroids. Had no issues using. Now I have 9 miles of wire left over. GOOD quality
- The wire may not be suitable for use in devices with high precision requirements.
