Review on DentalPlus by Ralph Banks

I like how it's simple enough for my office staff without too many bells & whistles but still allows me as an administrator/manager view all activity from each member via reports! It would be nice if you could sort by specific date range so we can see what patients came into our clinic last week versus this month since they're different types (new vs followup).

We have been able use patient information at any time during their appointment with us - no need wait until after treatment before using up visit info anymore!! Have not seen anything about security when sharing data between offices yet? Haven't used much other than seeing appointments scheduled etc within one day prior. Patient communication regarding insurance issues / billing questions are now streamlined due lack of paper records keeping everything online through dentalplus makes things easier overall. Having more efficient workflow also saves money because less labor hours means lower overhead costs per employee = profit increase! No complaints here just.
