I like how easy it was for our office staff to use this program because we are dental professionals ourselves! This helped us keep track not only patients but appointments as well. We have been using this product since 2013 however due to recent changes they made with their updates/updates of features; we don't have confidence anymore with them continuing this system any longer than what's stated above. I like how it's simple enough for my office staff without too many bells & whistles but still allows me as an administrator/manager view all activity from each member via reports! It would be nice if you could sort by specific date range so we can see what patients came into our clinic last week versus this month since they're different types (new vs followup).
