Review on DentalPlus by Peter Parks

I like how easy it was for our office staff to use this program because we are dental professionals ourselves! This helped us keep track not only patients but appointments as well. We have been using this product since 2013 however due to recent changes they made with their updates/updates of features; we don't have confidence anymore with them continuing this system any longer than what's stated above. It gives you an overview of all your patient information so when new calls come it helps make sure its given time accordingly before getting out the car. Now if there were more ways to integrate into other programs such as social media we could increase efficiency greatly. Also being able to create workflows would be helpful especially for scheduling procedures. Having everything organized makes life much easier overall!! Scheduling, appointment reminders, billing. Everything about having accurate records within one place! Helps me stay organized through my day everyday whether at home or while traveling by giving.
