Generally worth the money.

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter as a Christmas present. It was a fun project for her winter vacation. It took her two days to put it together, although some of the parts were a bit tricky and I had to help her assemble the pillar and dome, for example. The finished lock looks great. You just need a place to display it. I also like it because it contains scenes from Frozen 1 and Frozen 2. My daughter is a huge Frozen fan and she knew them all. I deducted a star for two main reasons. :one. If you're used to playing with LEGO, the quality of these pieces is second to none. Immediately after unpacking, one of the parts of the roof was broken. And when we put them together, more small pieces broke (see photo). The damage was minor so I just glued them back on and it didn't affect anything so I didn't return them. And the print quality is also a bit weak.2. If you are into puzzles, you will NOT get the same experience as creating a regular puzzle. On the back of each puzzle piece is a number and an arrow to help you find it. I think this makes sense because the 3D elements need to be assembled in a specific order. So we're basically sorting the numbers. It took away the fun part of the puzzle.

Pros
  • 3D puzzle. This puzzle is intended to be displayed after assembly. It's 3D and very durable.
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
