Don't take it out on days when the surf is over your head or higher, it will burst and you will swim.
Love the ease of installation and the comfort the leash offers. However, the leash broke pretty quickly in the larger surf. In July of this year, the southern waves were rising in Hawaii and I was able to snag two of those leads, which set me on a long journey. I would recommend using this leash on shorter days but be very careful with this leash in waist or chest high waves.
