First of all, the headset arrived well packaged. Everything in the box looks and feels high quality. Most importantly, the actual quality of the product is top notch. While tethering doesn't seem like the ideal setting, you don't have to worry about audio dropouts due to frequency noise or battery drain. So to this headset. They are surprisingly light in weight. The compression on the side of the head is excellent. The sound is clear and bright. The direction of the sound is clear. I would have preferred a retractable boom mic to a detachable one. It's nice to be able to put it away when I want it out of the way versus the options to turn it up. But of course that would probably make the headset bigger. The levers to open the ear pads work well. And the tiny magnets are strong and hold tight. Overall, I like a high-end headset if you don't mind being tethered or tired of tackling wireless setup issues.
