Review on Venga by Dustin Berry

I like that it allows me to create multiple patient accounts so my staff can see all of our patients in one place at once without having to go back & forth between different programs or systems! Also love how we are able to get text reminders if we forget something from an appointment which helps keep us organized as well!! Nothing really but minor things (such as not being able to send files with pictures attached) would be helpful when adding new members to team, however they do offer great customer service over email/phone whenever needed. We use this tool every day within our practice, allowing each member access into their specific area(s). This keeps everyone up to date about appointments while keeping them informed through electronic messages sent via texts. I love that it allows me to keep all of my employees' information in one place. I also like that it can be customized to fit any size business. There are some things that I would like to see changed. For example, I wish there was an option to have multiple emails sent out at once instead of having to send them one by one. I would highly recommend this program! I am able to keep track of everything that my employees need to do.
