I like that it allows me to create multiple patient accounts so my staff can see all of our patients in one place at once without having to go back & forth between different programs or systems! Also love how we are able to get text reminders if we forget something from an appointment which helps keep us organized as well!! I love that this has a lot of features within it. My only dislike would be that sometimes when someone leaves or changes departments, some functions are not updated to reflect those changes as well. This could lead to issues with communication and information sharing across different staff members or clients if they all use one platform instead of several separate ones. The best part about vEngage was all of its features! I loved having my calendar in one place along with communicating with clients via different methods including texting. Also there were multiple video options that made it easy to send virtual handoffs between patients or providers during appointments as well as video visits after hours when an appointment wasn't possible (or convenient).
