
I love that this has a lot of features within it. My only dislike would be that sometimes when someone leaves or changes departments, some functions are not updated to reflect those changes as well. This could lead to issues with communication and information sharing across different staff members or clients if they all use one platform instead of several separate ones. We have used this program in conjunction with our current customer relationship management database solution, so we can see exactly what a patient sees during their entire visit process from first intake through billing procedures. The ease of use! I can easily set up my calendar to show appointments that are coming soon or past due with little assistance from support staff. There's nothing not like it out there in terms of scheduling tools for dentists. If you're looking for something easy to get started using right away, this is it! We've been able to create custom schedules for our patients as well as track patient visits and billing very quickly.
