Great platform for conducting Virtual Visits

The best part about vEngage was all of its features! I loved having my calendar in one place along with communicating with clients via different methods including texting. Also there were multiple video options that made it easy to send virtual handoffs between patients or providers during appointments as well as video visits after hours when an appointment wasn't possible (or convenient). My favorite thing though had nothing to do with working remotely but rather because we could see each other's faces better! We used Video Chat quite often so being able to have face time together really helped us connect. There are some things I don’t like at this point such as not being able to use our phones outside of work which would be helpful sometimes since many times people will try calling me while still out doing something else which isn't ideal. But overall great tool and definitely worth trying if given the chance if your looking into I love how easy it was to use as well that i am able train others in using this system very easily! The customer service has been great also!! Not much dislike about anything at all. ! This product helps me with my billing needs of patients who are getting their teeth cleaned or have other procedures done so they can receive insurance benefits quicker.
