The ability for our staff to be able to manage their own calendars/schedules with ease! Also the integration features like linking into other applications makes life easier than it could be without the system. The customer service is great as well, they are always willing to respond quickly if there's an issue or question we have. It has been very easy to get our employees using this program by being able to see everything at one glance. I like that you can add a lot of features without having to pay for them. It is not as easy to use as other programs, but the support is great! You can customize it so that it works the way you want it. I think it's a little expensive if you're just looking at a one-time purchase. We are using it for our church to update information about members and leaders. This makes sure we have all the correct information available to us when it comes time to make decisions.
