Terrible Taste, Stomach Issues
Based on our own experience with this protein supplement, we were incredibly disappointed with its flavor and digestive effects. While it does offer some easily digestible protein, the taste is unbearable and we experienced gastrointestinal distress after consuming it. We would not recommend this to anyone looking for a quality protein supplement for their Health and Household needs.
