I wanted a professional hand blender - in household kitchens with a motor I have long lost confidence in everything under the names Cuisinart, KitchenAid , Krups etc. sold. I'm not even willing to pay All Clad's high price for their homemade hand blender, although I was happy to pay high prices for All Clad's pots and pans. When Revain gift cards burned a hole in my pocket and the Waring Pro Short Stick wasn't available, I ordered the Dynamic. It's easy to use and I'm small. I find the variable speed dial better than the rudimentary "high" and "low" options found on most other sticks. I appreciate the heavy three prong cable. The motor part can be detached from the wand for easy cleaning. The kit includes three additional blades for different types of work, e.g. B. a blade for a food mill. They are easy to swap out with the orange-handled screwdriver that's also included. Instructions aren't included, but unless you can figure out how to use it yourself, you probably shouldn't have professional gear at all. The performance is amazing - it quickly finishes every soup and sauce I've mixed. And that bodes well for engine life. Finally, I am completely fascinated by the sunny orange color.
