Review on MaintSmart CMMS by Ken Coste

The best part is that it's user friendly, and it has easy to access features which makes my job easier as an admin person! It can't have too many bells & whistles otherwise it will slow down your system performance. I don't like how sometimes when you open up any page in maintenance smart there might not show some things unless we click all over again - this was annoying for me personally but maybe other users would find something good about it? Just make sure if u want more than one module you need extra licenses because i think they only give 1 license per machine. If someone needs help with their data entry from what type of equipment to where then Maintenance Smart could do wonders. Data inputting/managing jobs were so much better now thanks to Maintenance Smarts ease of use tools. MaintSmart has a lot of benefits in terms of the work orders. It's easy to use and the interface is intuitive. I like the fact that it has a lot of options that can be used to customize the system. I also like how easy it is to create work orders. I don't like that the system has a few bugs. I also don't like how the system can get confused if you have more than 1 user with access to the system. The best thing about MaintSmart is the work orders. It's super easy to use and it has a lot of options.
