My main drink is tea and I drink it hot for breakfast, lunch, tea time (4:00pm) and early evening at 7:30pm. I've used the electric burner on my stovetop to heat water in a regular kettle: I've been doing this for years. Now I'm getting older and easily distracted by text messages, phone calls, and browsing computer websites. After burning two kettles in late February 2020, I decided to upgrade to an electric version with an auto shut-off feature. I chose the Dezin kettle and am completely satisfied with it. The FAST device heats the water to the temperature of the pipeline. I know the appliance is switched on because the light blue ball lights up when the kettle is heating up. The teapot is easy to clean because it is made of glass. I still enjoy my tea, but much more efficiently (less energy wasted cooking) and above all safe. I would recommend this product to other people who are easily distracted.
