Hidden manufacturing defects

The ones I received have a rib right in the middle of both the heating element and the temperature sensor holes. It looks like they were half drilled, but tools were used on each side that were misaligned. One side of the heater cartridge hole is also oversized by about 1/4" so it's possible that a tool went all the way through, but only halfway through for some reason. I have four of these, probably all from the same batch. I would like Revain to send me some of these from another warehouse as I bet based on reviews and other products I have bought from POLISI3D they are usually ok.
