Works fine but you will have to do a manual relearn procedure unless you work for Nissan.

See I saw some reviews on here that said my auto mechanic is a pro and he can't program it. Well, they didn't try very hard. My buddy is a mechanic and has a $2,000 scanner and I knew from previous attempts that for some reason neither my '03 Altima nor my '04 grandparents would go through the accelerator pedal relearn procedure, regardless of whether it was one is an OEM or an aftermarket TB. I don't know if this is a software or Altima issue, but I knew I had to program manually. Your auto mechanic who said he couldn't program it just gave up when his scanner couldn't program it at the push of a button. Manual programming involves a lot of counting the Mississippi, turning the ignition on and off, and pressing the accelerator at very specific points, but it's doable at home without scan tools. Just look up the Altima throttle relearn procedure and you can find it online. In this case, the throttle body loses a star due to a lack of a seal. My guess is that making a throttle body is a lot harder than making a gasket for it. So why not just build one in? The rest of the TV works perfectly, so nothing to complain about.
