Review on 🍳 Nordic Ware Backsplash Griddle for 2 Burner Stovetops by Unm Weil

I chose this grill primarily because it fits the Coleman 2 burner oven perfectly. I also liked the fact that it is non-stick. Being aluminum I was concerned that heat distribution might not be as good as cast iron. Used the grill for the first time today and it's great! The heat was very consistent and I couldn't be happier with it. This is especially nice because aluminum is much lighter than cast iron and weight is an issue when transporting camping gear. As expected, easy to clean. My son-in-law loved it and will buy it.
