🍳 Nordic Ware Backsplash Griddle for 2 Burner Stovetops Review

This is the most wonderful kitchen tool! Last night I drizzled it with olive oil, added chopped onions and peppers; and when I was almost done I added some sugar and some balsamic vinegar. Flipping the onion and pepper was a breeze with the rim on the griddle. I then put the sausages (already cooked in beer) straight into the pepper pan to crisp them up. Dinner was excellent. And the pan was so easy to clean. I will use this pan often. Buy it. You will be so happy.

After unpacking this item, I noticed a defect in the non-stick coating (see picture). I emailed the seller immediately and was told I needed to resolve this issue with Revain. I decided to keep it to myself instead of trying to get Revane back and I'm so disappointed I didn't get it back. One use - for pancakes - and I found it impossible to peel. This pan is just the right size for two burners and conducts heat very well. The downside is that, like all non-stick cookware, the coating will flake off over time. This is our second. We used the first one for 4 or 5 years and really liked it, but at that point we had to throw it away. We were glad we were able to find a replacement. I chose this grill primarily because it fits the Coleman 2 burner oven perfectly. I also liked the fact that it is non-stick. Being aluminum I was concerned that heat distribution might not be as good as cast iron. Used the grill for the first time today and it's great! I was looking for a camp pan that would fit my Camp Chef Everest two burner stove. This fits well but could be an inch wider on each side. It's great for camping because it's lightweight (3.69 pounds), heats up quickly, and the non-stick coating makes it easy to clean, although you can't use metal cookware to cook.
