Korean BBQ @ Home in Griddles

Living during a pandemic in California forces us to eat at home every night. While most dishes can be easily replicated, some things just don't go together, like Korean BBQ. This solved our predicament and gave us the opportunity to cook different meats and vegetables and felt like we were in a restaurant. The Grease/Oil Catcher is larger than it looks and works like a charm. It fits perfectly in our small oven and has never let me down. Although we mainly use him for Korean BBQ, he made us an amazing breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon.
