Review on 🍳 Nordic Ware Backsplash Griddle for 2 Burner Stovetops by Adam Alvarez

This pan is just the right size for two burners and conducts heat very well. The downside is that, like all non-stick cookware, the coating will flake off over time. This is our second. We used the first one for 4 or 5 years and really liked it, but at that point we had to throw it away. We were glad we were able to find a replacement. I think this one will last about the same and we will need to replace it. If I could find a cast iron skillet that was the right size and design, I would go to New York in a heartbeat. At the moment this works.
