They used to be great, but now they're made like cheap junk

I don't even know where to begin. I bought some of the newest ones for myself and for other people and they were all the same quality which was great for the price but what I got was the first time I noticed that it didn't even have a powder coat finish had on the outside, so it's just metal that rusts easily. Then there's the fact that it's smaller which is kind of nice but then you realize they wanted to be even cheaper by getting rid of the 110/240v switch, when I opened it up I realized that the bridge rectifier was already cracked and I hadn't even used it yet, and the power leads to the board weren't even crimped and fell out with a barley jerk that would have shorted to ground. Also, the heatsink they provide is half as thin as the old one, which allows less heat dissipation, which can cause the mosphets to fail prematurely. Then the ring terminals used were smaller and I doubt they are rated for 10A without heating and weren't even soldered. So the overall quality of this item was absolute rubbish and I would not buy their remanufactured product unless they come back with their old one which I find very reliable. This new one didn't turn on to begin with due to a failed thermistor so DON'T UNDERSTAND. Buy another brand that has a better product.
