Now that I've finally gotten this device to work, I'd say it's very good. Getting to this point, however, was uninteresting and took weeks. Some buttons on the back of the monitor don't work well, others don't work at all. Several correspondences with the company eventually resolved a series of issues that prevented operations. Problems included getting an outdated "manual" with the original device, getting a slightly updated one that still doesn't fix any issues, and finally getting a true email solution that should be an integral part of the manual itself , but nowhere to be found was found in one or the other. The first few replies from the company just quoted management, which didn't help at all. However, as already mentioned, after several exchanges of views, the issues were eventually resolved. You have to decide for yourself whether the 3-week round trip is worth it.
