I bought two of these one for my car and the other for my wife. The wrenches are made in Taiwan and seem decent, but the handles are flimsy. There is an overlapping saddle weld joining the two bars together. I could feel the wrench turning slightly under tension as the nut was loosened. The expected torque was not there. Let's hope that single weld doesn't fail, which could result in injury. I can reinforce it with a small U-clip. At $21, that's enough for emergencies, but if you need a wrench for multiple or daily use, this probably won't last long.
